The largest banks begin mandatory access on 1 September 2026, universal-licence banks on 1 September 2027, and basic-licence banks on 1 September 2028.

How to read the dates
A stage date is not one uniform duty for every organisation. Sales model, revenue, outlet, and banking agreement must be assessed together.
